EDA is my particular tribute to the village of Poboleda where the Carignan used to produce this wine is cultivated.

The name of the wine stands for the last 3 letters of this magic place. It is a limited edition wine that is produced at the culmination of perfect natural conditions. Currently I have just produced two vintages, 999 bottles in 2010 and 500 in 2012. EDA is the trilogy of an ideal micro-climate, an amazing schist soil and intriguing energy.

It is an intense, elegant wine with a long finish and a particular energy due to its origin.
