Huellas was the first wine I made when I began my career in the priorat making wines back in 2004.
Huellas means finger print as this wine is the fruit of artisanal work, hand crafted wine.
The label is representing the wing of a butterfly echoing our commitment to the biodiversity and that beauty is to be found in nature.
Grape Variety: 60% Grenache & 40% cariñena.
Alcohol content: 14,5% ;
Acidity: 6,4 g/l ;
PH: 3,27 ; Harvest: Manual.
